At Servers.com I co-created the editorial strategy underpinning the business' website, blog, and socials channels. This included a full website and go-to-market relaunch, defining audience personas, mapping content to the funnel, and presenting campaign rationale directly to senior leadership. I also owned content calendar management and maintained a steady publishing cadence through weekly cross-functional alignment. I focus on building genuine topical authority and ensuring content surfaces across modern search formats. This strategy resulted in 12 articles being cited in Google AI Overviews (all ranking at position #1) and 16 articles earning 'People Also Ask' features across 63 top-position appearances. A single article reached 746,000 impressions; another became the highest-traffic piece in the site's history with 1,638 clicks.
